Cristina Benedetti was born in Verona, Italy. She moved to Paris for her passion of dance, where she had an intensive training of lockin, poppin, house dancing, hip hop and freestyle.
Nevertheless, Cristina knew she had to take it a step further if she were to learn even more about the various dance styles. Los Angeles became her new home in 2006.
Cristina has worked with artists such as Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Jamiroquai, T-Pain, Common, Macy Gray, Ben Vereen, David Guetta, Kelly Rowland, BOA, and Dierks Bentley, as well as companies such as Nike, Adidas, McDonald's, HP, Sony, Skechers, Prudential, and Sterling to name a few.
She is a member of The Groovaloos, and together, she won the international dance competition on NBC, Superstars of Dance (January 2009), produced by Nigel Lythgoe. With the Groovaloos, she has been invited to dance at the Ellen Degeneres show, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and So You Think you can Dance to name a few.
Since 2009 she has been part of a crew of 6 girls formed by international known choreographer Shotyme (Gwen Stefani, Katy Perri, Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, So You Think you Can Dance-Canada and much more) called STYLZ PLAY. The crew has been winning worldwide known battle/competitions such as KOD China 2011and JUSTE DEBOUT NYC 2013.
Since 2010 she has been requested to choreograph for international artists and events such as Britney Spears, Meital Dohan, iLuminate, Michelle Obama’s kids inaugural concert 2013, Groovaloos, Nike to name a few.
She teaches weekly at one of the top studios in Los Angeles, Debbie Reynolds Studio and is invited regularly worldwide to teach workshops.
